INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain and enhance plant equipment and facilities using preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical (including high-voltage), mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Submit requisitions for necessary parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Operate forklifts, high lifts, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and maintenance practices.
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support management with additional tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues across various systems.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as needed.
