Two Gold Star Businesses collaborate together.

On December 10, 2025, the Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors presented Allstar Custom Apparel and Hickey's Dairy Queen with the Gold Star Award for a collaboration project commissioned by the late great Sam Hickey, His vision was to have a flag for every school in the county flying at the restaurant.  Upon Sam Hickey's unexpected passing, Allstar Custom Apparel finished the flags and donated them in Sam's honor.  What a "ABSOLUTELY" selfless gesture from Allstar Custom Apparel.  Thank you Hickey's Dairy Queen for supporting all of our county schools  and for the commitment you have made to this community.  The Legacy of Sam Hickey lives on through his family and friends.
