Groundbreaking for new housing development

On March 6, 2025, the Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, Board of Directors and ribbon cutting sponsor, Mineral Wells Rent All, welcomed MW Development to the Chamber with a ribbon cutting and groundbreaking ceremony.  The location was on the grounds of The Wells Development on Garrett Morris Parkway.  Phase one has kicked off and will yield 144 homes and when it is all said and done we will have a park, green space and plenty of amenities with over 500 brand new homes.  Thank you Jimmy Morrow for your investment and the incredible team you have assembled to fill this great need in our community.
