Please Bring:
Picture ID for parents, birth certificate (original or certified - no copies will be accepted), child's social security card (no copies), and proof of income.
Deadline to sign up is December 3rd, 2:00 pm
Delivery of Angel Tree Gifts will be Saturday December 17th starting at 8 am.
