Hospital Birth- Childbirth Education Class

This is a one day 4hr class for expecting families planning to birth in a hospital. The goal of this course is to provide you with evidence based information so you are confident to make informed decision about your labor.

A few of the topics we will cover in class:

• Birth statistics in the US

• Your birth plan

• Expectations vs reality

• How your uterus and cervix work together

• Coping techniques

• Positions for labor and pushing

• Belly birth aka c-section

• newborn procedures

Class Fee: $150 (due at registration)
