Gov't Affairs Lunch & Learn

The December Lunch and Learn will be held on December 11^th, 2019 at Link Field Services from 12pm-1pm(Tentative on location until this is confirmed by LinkField) in their board room. We will be cordially inviting Justice centered organizations (i.e. county officials, city officials, local; justice-centered non-profits) to attend. Lunch will be catered in some way(we gotta eat), so we will make sure we say “bring 15 bucks or so” in our invitations. (Not sure who will be providing lunch yet, those details are being worked out as I type this). During the hour, Kelly Schmidt-Criminal Justice Programs Administrator at the North Central Texas Council of Governments(NCTCOG) will be giving a presentation on what grant(s) are available to this tailored group of members and the best approach for them to take at receiving one. She will also briefly go over an array of grants from the Governor’s office.
