Co Rm Texas Friendly Hospitality & Customer Service Workshop
The Tourism & Hospitality Council is hosting a Texas Friendly Hospitality & Customer Service Workshop. The training will be offered on two different days at different times to accommodate more schedules.
Texas Friendly training will focus on the 6 Hospitality Habits of great customer service and will include a segment on local tourism awareness. Attendees will leave with improved customer service skills that lead to better customer satisfaction and loyalty, and will also be great ambassadors for tourism in Mineral Wells.

Cost is $10 for Chamber Members | $15 for non-members
Coffee, tea, water and refreshments will be provided.
