  • Assembles parts in specified relationship to each other.
  • Bolts, clips, screws, cements or otherwise fastens parts together.
  • Operates machines and/or fixtures, such as arbor presses or stamping machine, to
  • Interprets specifications, drawings and job orders.
  • Obtains parts and accompanying Purchase Order (P .O.) and Receiving Inspection Test Record (RITR) and inspects material using RITR requirements and drawings.
  • Works from drawings and blueprints where general information is verified Performs basic daily filing duties of Incoming Inspection’s Receiving Inspection Test Records (RITRs).
  • Inspects raw materials, vendor standard parts, and assemblies per applicable drawings and company or customer specifications.
  • Inspects complex parts and parts having close tolerances, utilizing surface plate set-ups and written instruction where available.
  • Checks electrical products using volt/ohmmeters and power supplies.
  • Inspects materials involving compound angles or three dimensional projections using
  • Inspects PC boards using microscope to verify correct components and solder of
  • Maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced.
  • Monitors inventory levels to determine level of safety stock and provides notification to
  • Receives, stores, and distributes materials and equipment.
  • Ensures correct quantity and items.

  • Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
