EXTRUSION SERVICE ASSOCIATE

6:00 am – 6:00 pm
$16.25 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Package finished product for storage and shipment.
- Assist extruder operator in operation of production line.
- Maintain product standards and specifications to ensure quality.
- Maintain housekeeping in work area to comply with company standards.
- Assist others to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Load finished product onto pack trailer
- Operate fork trucks to move product outside for storage
- Assist extruder operator in operation of production line
- Assist during product changes on line and adjustments to belling equipment
- Maintain product standards and specifications (measure wall thickness,outer diameter, length and record data)
- Visually inspect product for print quality, smoothness of inside and outside surfaces and general appearance
- Maintain housekeeping and sweep work area frequently throughout shift
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Formal education is not required, but does require basic math and reading skills
- 3 month experience preferred but not required
