DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, February 6th the Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 6th annual State of the Community.  This year's event theme is "The Path Forward: Stepping into Action." This year the State of the Community will take place at Lamar Elementary.  This brand new\, state-of-the-art campus will provide the perfect backdrop for our event.  Featuring Envision Mineral Wells\, and the unveiling of the new destination brand for Mineral Wells\, the State of the Community will take place in the evening from 6:00- 8:00pm.  Proceeds from the State of the Community will help support the Chamber of Commerce programs and initiatives as we aim to advance\, promote and support economic vitality of Mineral Wells and Palo Pinto County.
